Our mission at KidSport is to help young athletes improve their skills across multiple sports, developing their speed, agility, reflexes, coordination, strength, and fitness. Through a focus on ball mastery skills and fundamental athletic movements, we strive to foster a love for sports while emphasizing FUN, sportsmanship, and teamwork!
Each week, we introduce a variety of workouts and highlight a new sport, offering activities like competitions, circuits, ball skill drills, and small-sided games. We aim to create a positive and engaging environment where we develop and improve our players to becoming all-rounded athletes!
KidSport Class Age Groups:
2-4 Year Olds
5-7 Year Olds
8-12 Year Olds
13-16 Year Olds
If our current schedule doesn’t work for you (SEE SCHEDULE BELOW), gather a group and we’ll work to find a time that fits! We can also tailor our classes to focus on specific sports, adapting the training to meet the needs of any group. Let us know how we can help your team or players train and grow together!

You can choose from a variety of sports and activities like soccer, basketball, hockey, dodgeball, team handball, obstacle courses, parachute, relay races, or games. Here's a breakdown of what a typical party would look like:
• 1 Hour of Fun Activities: Choose from any combination of the sports or activities listed. Kids will stay active and engaged, and the fun is customizable based on your child’s interests.
• 30 Minutes of Cake and Birthday Celebration: After the action-packed hour, there's time for pizza, cake and celebration!
